We offer single-cone drill bits, steel-toothed three-cone drill bits, insert-toothed three-cone drill bits, diamond drill bits and hybrid drill bits, which can be applied to various formations from extremely soft to extremely hard. Besides being used in oil and gas drilling, they are also suitable for geological, mining, hydrological, geothermal and hot dry rock drilling operations. With strong technical strength, advanced manufacturing level, a complete quality management system and rich experience in the research and development and production of oil drill bits and tools, we have achieved remarkable results in the exploration and development of rock-breaking tools for engineering excavation. We have developed different series of three-cone drill bits for engineering fields such as horizontal directional drilling, medium and low-temperature geothermal wells, coalbed methane wells and freezing hole drilling.
The three-jawed roller bit is applicable to horizontal directional drilling, medium-low temperature geothermal wells, coalbed methane wells, and freeze hole drilling and other engineering fields. Under medium-low drilling pressure and higher rotational speed conditions, it features a long service life, strong adaptability, good wellbore protection, and high efficiency. The size range of the bit is 6 to 17 1/2 inches, and the IADC code ranges from 116 to 637.

The rubber-sealed sliding bearing is equipped with hard alloy surface welding on the toothed shaft surface, thereby enhancing the load-bearing capacity and stability.
The newly designed and precisely manufactured oil storage and lubrication system, using a new type of synthetic lubricant, enhances the speed of pressure balance within the bearing, better protects the bearing sealing system and improves reliability.

Metal-sealed sliding bearing structure. The bearing's toothed surface is welded with hard alloy, and the inner hole of the tooth wheel is electroplated with silver. This enhances the bearing's capacity, anti-sticking ability and stability.
